Data processing on our website

Every time you visit our website www.rendamax.com, our web server temporarily stores information in a log file. The following data are captured and stored until they are automatically erased:

  • the IP address of the computer making the request
  • the date and time of access
  • the name and URL of the retrieved file
  • the data quantity transmitted
  • indication as to whether retrieval was successful
  • the identification data of the browser and operating system used.

These data are processed in order to enable the use of the website (establishing a connection) and to facilitate system security, the technical administration of the network infrastructure and the optimisation of our online service. It is not possible for us to attribute these data to specific people. These data will not be associated with data from other sources and will be erased after statistical analysis.

Your data will be forwarded to the shipping company charged with delivery to the extent that this is required for delivery of the goods. For the processing of payments, we will forward your payment data to the bank instructed with payment.

To make a visit to our website www.rendamax.com more enjoyable and facilitate the use of certain functions, we use what are known as cookies. Cookies are small text files which are used as identification characters.
